Unused eSIMs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once an eSIM is activated, it is non-refundable.
Eligible for Full Refund
- Your eSIM has not been activated (never connected to a network)
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
- Your device was eSIM-compatible but the eSIM failed to install due to a lamasim error
Not Eligible for Refund
- eSIM has been activated (connected to a carrier network at least once)
- Request made more than 14 days after purchase
- eSIM installation failed due to a carrier-locked or incompatible device
- You changed travel plans or no longer need the eSIM
- Partial data remaining on an active plan
Exceptions โ We Review Case by Case
- Complete service failure: If a network outage in your destination country made the eSIM unusable for the majority of your plan validity, we will investigate and may issue a full or partial refund.
- Technical error on our side: If a lamasim system error caused double-charging or incorrect plan provisioning, we will refund in full.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund Request โ [Order ID]". Include your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email) and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank.
